Paul Blackstock Memorial Scholarship

The Rotary Club of Glassboro has been a long-term supporter of Glassboro High School Graduates through annual Scholarship Awards. During 2021, the Rotary Club of Glassboro established the Paul Blackstock Memorial Scholarship, our Founding President, in perpetual honor of his significant contributions to the community. The Rotary Club of Glassboro will award $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors during Senior Awards Night in June.

People for People will award $500 scholarships to veterans for items not covered by the GI Bill. The funding will cover items such as books and computers.

Candidates for the Paul Blackstock Memorial Scholarships will be required to complete an application form and include a 150-word essay about the Rotary motto “Service Above Self,” which conveys the humanitarian spirit of our Club’s mission and the examples demonstrated by Paul Blackstock.
